Favorece m\u00e9todos m\u00e1s naturales para preservar la biodiversidad y la salud del suelo. Por su parte, la biodin\u00e1mica va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 al considerar la vid como un organismo vivo en armon\u00eda con el medio ambiente. Incorpora pr\u00e1cticas esot\u00e9ricas como el uso de calendarios lunares para guiar las labores agr\u00edcolas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tanto la agricultura ecol\u00f3gica como la biodin\u00e1mica ofrecen numerosas ventajas. Reducen el impacto ambiental de la viticultura, suelen producir uvas de mayor calidad y satisfacen la creciente demanda de vinos m\u00e1s naturales por parte de los consumidores. Sin embargo, estos enfoques suelen requerir una mayor inversi\u00f3n en mano de obra y equipos, lo que puede suponer un reto para muchos viticultores. De hecho, seg\u00fan una encuesta, el 6% de los viticultores con certificaci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica se plantean abandonar la agricultura ecol\u00f3gica en un plazo de cinco a\u00f1os. Los viticultores mencionan mayores necesidades de mano de obra e inversi\u00f3n en equipos, lo que puede suponer un reto econ\u00f3mico en un mercado de alimentos ecol\u00f3gicos en crisis desde hace 18 meses. Es esencial reconocer que el tenso contexto econ\u00f3mico, que incluye la inflaci\u00f3n y el aumento de los costes energ\u00e9ticos, puede afectar a las prioridades de los agricultores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que, junto a estos 6%, 19% de viticultores cuentan con certificaci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica en 2023, lo que supone un aumento de 2 puntos respecto a 2021. 51% de los viticultores tienen una certificaci\u00f3n medioambiental, mientras que 12% desean obtenerla. Actualmente, 41% de los viticultores muestran la certificaci\u00f3n de Alto Valor Medioambiental (HVE).
